We are Hiring! CADD/Photoshop Drafter & Designer Wanted

We are searching for a CADD/Photoshop drafter and designer to assist our Development/Entitlements Department.

This is an immediate opening on a contract basis for 20-25 hours per week.  The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

1. Proficient in CAD – must be able to efficiently draw site plans and floor plans for commercial buildings. 5 years min experience
2. Proficient in Photoshop – must be able to create presentation grade color renderings using all perspectives. 5 years min. experience
3. Communicate effectively and precisely with City jurisdictions for due diligence reports.
4. Must be able to read and coordinate construction documents. 5 years min. experience
