This philosophy has been the driving force behind RMG since being founded by Michael Mugel in 1991. Starting with the purchase of a single distressed shopping center in Mesa, Arizona, today RMG is an established and innovative leader in the retail redevelopment industry, with a current portfolio of more than 4.7 million square feet located across 18 states.
