Tim J. Dollander Promoted to Senior Vice President of Development for Red Mountain Group

Red Mountain Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Tim J. Dollander to Senior Vice President of Development effective immediately.  A 32-year veteran in the retail development industry, Tim’s experience includes leasing, acquisitions, strategic analysis, project management and successful development of more than four million square feet of commercial properties.

Highlights of Tim’s development properties include Super Walmart, Kohls, LA Fitness, and Grocery anchored centers in addition to single tenant buildings for McDonalds, Raising Canes, Aspen Dental and Wells Fargo.  In addition, Tim has negotiated the lease, purchase or sale of over $1B in commercial real estate transactions throughout the United States.
