Santa Ana, CA - Red Mountain Group Inc., an Orange County, CA based leader in the retail redevelopment industry, is pleased to announce the recent sale of a 16,560 SF STNL Dollar Tree located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA for $4.88 million to Celery Realty Investments LLC.
This Rancho Cucamonga property was purchased earlier this year by Red Mountain Group as part of a larger portfolio of 20 empty retail big box stores from Big Lots, Inc. Since that purchase,13 of these empty stores have been leased or are in lease negotiations with 8of the leases being executed prior to close of escrow. Within this portfolio, Red Mountain Group’s seasoned leasing teams in Orange County, CA and Phoenix, AZ have successfully leased two Grocery Outlet Stores; three Savers stores; two Red, White, & Blue Thrift stores; one Planet Fitness; one Ace Hardware(Westlake); and one Dollar Tree store with more credit tenants coming soon.
