Red Mountain Group Arranges Sale of LA Fitness & Smart & Final in Oxnard, CA

Santa Ana, CA – March 10, 2018 – Red Mountain Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the disposition of LA Fitness and Smart & Final Extra in their Port Place Shoppes center located on Channel Island Blvd in Oxnard, California.  

The property, a former K-Mart location has undergone major redevelopment and now includes the new tenants of LA Fitness, Smart & Final Extra and Star World.   Other tenants include Phenix Salon, Waba Grill, Fred Loya Insurance, Fuji Grill, Starbucks and Burger King.  

The transaction was brokered by Bill Bauman of Newmark Knight Frank to a private buyer on March 7, 2018 for an undisclosed amount.
