Red Mountain Group, Inc. closed last week on the acquisition of an 89,300 SF building located at 8501 Auburn Blvd in Citrus Heights, California. This former Big K-Mart location will house a Big Lots tenant for 34,300 SF and the remaining 55,000 SF of space is being actively marketed.
